HOUSTON – Astronauts tinkered Sunday with a troublesome piece of equipment designed to help convert urine and sweat into drinkable water, which is vital to allowing the international space station crew to double to six.

omg!  i didn't know this is where astronauts get some of their water!

this bit of news and the astronaut diapers sure takes the glamore out of going to space.

i saw these women taking a walk.

he cleaned his house with a blow torch!?

so this guy trys to clean the cobwebs out of his house and doesn't use a dust mop or a broom or anything like that he uses a blow torch.  for real!  the fire department had to be called.  it's true.  i couldn't make this up.

btw i had never written the word blow torch before.  i wasn't sure if it was one word or two.  who says blogging isn't educational.

joseph, mary and jesus cost how much?

ok, i'm still focused on the church that is selling their nativity.

i called the church today to find out the scoop.  so here it is.

the cost of joseph, mary, baby jesus and a few animals is 80.00.

three shepards cost 125.00.

three wisemen cost 125.00.

the woman from the church told me that i didn't have to buy all the pieces of the nativity.  she said i could buy just joseph, mary, baby jesus, or just the shepards, or just the wisemen in case i didn't have room or money for everything.

ok, it may have seemed like a good idea to sell the nativity in pieces but was it really?  once joseph, mary and baby jesus are sold who is going to buy just the shepards or just the wisemen.  i've never driven by someone's house and seen just the wisemen sitting in the yard.  does anyone else see a problem here.  and the supporting cast (the shepards and wisemen) cost more than the stars (joseph, mary and jesus). 

she also told me they are easy to assemble and easy to store.

wow, times are tough!

 i knew times were tough but i didn't know they were this bad.

a church near me is selling their nativity.

check out the picture.

i'll call monday and see how much they want for it.  (don't worry theo i won't buy it and put it in our yard, it is a little big.  i was just wondering)
