skateboarding parrot missing

someone stole fred mireles skateboarding parrot.  it's too bad someone stole this mans bird.  he will definitely have a void in his life without gordo.  how much time did this man spend with his bird?  it must have taken forever to teach it to skateboard.  and to say the parrot was like a son to me him?  call dr phil this guy is going to need some professional help.

The bird was snatched from a front porch in the Southern California community of Baldwin Park.

Owner Fred Mireles says his mother heard something strange and saw a man running away with Gordo.

The 47-year-old Mireles says the parrot is like a son to him.

Police are investigating and authorities say it will be difficult to get Gordo back.

But Mireles says the bird-napper could be in for a surprise.

He says Gordo doesn't like strangers and could start biting.

After reading the post below I have a few thoughts of my own!

Okay! No offense to alligators, but there are about as many alligators as there are people in FL and what hacks me off is that I'm holding off on my stinking hernia operation because I can't afford the deductable, and some stinking reptile gets a facelift!

Yes, I know it's the humane thing to do and all until the bionic gator chomps on a child't leg and they just shoot it anyway, but seriously, I want the same health insurance plan that "Robo Croc of #%*&#!" has!

If not, Lee Lee, I'm going to lay in the street and you run over my lower abdomen with the car! Maybe I can have the Miami Metrozoo operate on me with taxpayers money!

Alligator Gets Reconstructive Surgery

A crocodile who received major facial damage after being hit by a car got facial reconstructive surgery to treat his injuries. The vets at the Miami Metrozoo used metal rods to put the animals face back together and they are now referring to the animal lovingly as “Robo Croc.”

competition with my brother

my younger brother and i have always had a little competition going on.  it comes out in unusual ways.  this is one of them.  my brother uj moved to ireland last fall, i mention that because now he thinks he is irish.  here is an e mail he sent yesterday.  he's trying to get a mother's day card to my mom first.  nice try uj.  you shouldn't have told me you sent the card.  now i have time to get a card and get it to mom before your card gets to florida.  foiled again uj!  :0)

my mother's day card to mom tomorrow.  Here they celebrate mother's day on
Sunday March 22.  Now it will not arrive to the States by the 22nd but it will

McDonalds worker assaulted with a McMuffin

A McDONALDS worker was assaulted with a "hot greasy McMuffin".

The female employee was attacked at the drive-through section of the McDonalds in Peoria, Illinois, in the US.

Peoria police says the assault on Patricia Munguia, 38, was by a "hot greasy McGriddle sandwich", which is similar to an egg, cheese and bacon McMuffin that is available in Australia.

It was thrown by a regular customer, who has not yet been caught, who was angry that his order did not contain an egg, reports The Smoking Gun, which has obtained a copy of the report by Peoria police.

this is so crazy!  the customer thew their mcmuffin at the worker because the order wasn't right.  i don't think i have ever been to macs and they got the order right.  i guess i just have low expectations.  i assume the order will in some way be wrong and i will either just live with it or if it's the kids order i go back and wait in line again.

the customer should have just chilled a little.  sure she got no egg on her sandwich this time but next time she will probably have two eggs.  it's just the way it works in the fast food world

Stop it... you're killing me! I watched the video and apparently the culprit was her dog, "Dusty!" He allegedly knocked her off balance (I'm tearing up here), and she fell in the container in a folded position (no more... no more... stop).

I'm sorry, I could never trust Dusty again. What next? The oven? The washmachine? The refrigerator? No. Dusty's out to get her. It's only a matter of time before we read, "Woman found dead in toilet in folded position." Which brings a question to mind, I'm sure she didn't "hold it" the entire time she was stuck in the recycling bin...  was she recycling?

first off i know this isn't about me but... it wrecked my plans to go to ihop tomorrow morning.  but enough about me...

this poor guy!  talk about life being bitter sweet.  he had the sweet of winning and the sweet of pancakes and then well, we all see the bitter.

btw i didn't know a region had a pancake week.  i would consider relocating for a pancake week.

Apparently he won the contest... so his death wasn'ttotally in vain. I wonder what the prize was? A year's worth of pancakes at the Russian version of IHOP now called IDROP (as in dead that is!). Is the prize transferable to his widow? If not, I want to know if they declared him the winner AFTER he, "went down like a sack of stones." Probably figured they could save a ton of money on pancakes if the dead guy won. I think there should be an investigation.
